Cabot House has many lovely rooms available for the use of its students. To reserve a room, just follow these easy steps.
Step 1: Select a date & time (botht hte start time, and the end time) for your event. Think about what room you would like, and maybe what room would work if the room you really want isn't available. If you would like to request a special set-up, think about that too.
Step 2: Go to the Cabot Calendar, and make sure that the room you want is available at the date and time you want it.
Step 3: Email your house administrator (firstname.lastname@example.org, or email@example.com) with your request. The more detail, the better, but definitely include the room, the start and end time of your event, and the date of the event.
Your House Administrator will email you back when your reservation is complete.
It's always better to give an exact date rather than saying "tomorrow" or "sometime this weekend."
We don't allow room reservations between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. If you want to reserve a room after 10 p.m., it has to be on a Friday or Saturday night.
All parties are still registered through Beth, and require her approval.
