Ice Bar on Pfoho Terrace—March 4, 8:30-11 p.m. (Pfoho Terrace)

Cabot, Currier and Pfoho have joined forces to bring back the Ice Bar! The Quad Ice Bar is what it sounds like—a stocked outdoor bar made of ice. Alcohol is available for those 21+ with ID, and non-alcoholic drinks as well. Semper Quad!

Knowles Sister Appreciation Night—March 1, 8-10 p.m. (CLR)

Black history month is in February, but we welcome all to come to the Cabot Living Room this Wednesday, March 1, for a special “Knowles Sister Appreciation Night” celebration. Koru Mindfulness Basics—Tuesdays in February, 4:30-5:45 p.m. (CLR)

Your Cabot Wellness team is partnering with the Center for Wellness to provide a four-week Koru Mindfulness course right here in Cabot! Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all of the moments of your life, reducing the amount of time you spend worrying about the future or fretting about the past. Courses continue in the Cabot Living Room (E-Entry) this Tuesday, 4:30-5:45.

Invite your favorite professor to Cabot! The next Jolly Up is Thursday, March 2nd, from 5:15–6:15 pm in the SCR. It’s a perfect opportunity to take a little break from studying to chat with faculty in a very informal and relaxed atmosphere Featuring a musical presentation by Mike Raleigh (Cabot ’15)!  If you like, you can keep the conversation going over dinner in the dhall afterwards.
