Koru Mindfulness Basics—Tuesdays in February, 4:30-5:45 p.m. (CLR)

Your Cabot Wellness team is partnering with the Center for Wellness to provide a four-week Koru Mindfulness course right here in Cabot! Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all of the moments of your life, reducing the amount of time you spend worrying about the future or fretting about the past. The course is designed to help you manage stress and enrich your life.
