Social sciences, HoCo liaison, formal hall, Cabot culinaries
Hey Fish! It's great to be back for a fourth year at the wonderful and amazing Cabot House!
I'm originally from Baltimore, but have also lived in North Dakota, Washington, California, Minnesota, Arizona and Damascus, Syria.
Before coming to Harvard, I did a BA in French Literature and Critical Theory at Pomona College in California. I also spent 6 years working in Army intelligence, where I learned Arabic and deployed to Iraq. Nowadays, I'm a PhD student in Middle Eastern Studies and Social Anthropology, with a secondary field in Women, Gender and Sexuality.
When I'm not working, I love to travel, work-out, see live music and basically spend as much time outdoors as possible!
Finally, at Cabot I'll be serving as the tutor liaison for Ho-Co and Cabot Culinaries, as well as working on SASH and LGBTQ programming.
I'm really looking forward to this year and can't wait to meet you all!
