George Dyer
I'm a practicing orthopaedic surgeon at Mass General Brigham. I've been at Harvard most of my adult life — Harvard College (Winthrop... sorry), HMS, Harvard residency, fellowship, then faculty. Not on purpose, I've become the guy they should hide under the porch if company comes over — perhaps unfit to work anywhere else.
I've been honored to serve as a non-resident pre-med tutor at Cabot for more than 25 years. My academic interests are in treatment of complex upper extremity orthopaedic trauma and arthritis, in global surgery, and in medical education. In addition to that, I serve in the US Navy as a reservist, continuing military service which began with an ROTC scholarship to Harvard.
Happy to discuss any and all of this with you. Looking forward to meeting you!
