The Wellness tutor serves as a holistic guide as students develop the capabilities and capacities to live, healthy, balanced, and fulfilled lives as individuals and community members.

Wellness Resources at Harvard

 

  • CAMHS Workshops & Groups: In addition to individualized counseling, CAMHS offers a variety of groups and workshops on an ongoing basis, including recovery and grief support. See the CAMHS Calendar for information, including peer-counseling support.
  • The Center for Wellness and Health Promotion: Offers a range of workshops, services, and classes, including meditation, mindfulness, yoga, massage and acupuncture. Also provides safer sex supplies.
  • Harvard Athletics: Alongside the Cabot House gym, recreation centers throughout campus offer a range of classes and opportunities, including rock-climbing, squash, swimming and tennis. Club Sports and Intramurals provide the chance to compete within the College and beyond, and learn new sports.
