Maggie Chen

Hello fish!

My name is Maggie, and I am so excited to be a non-resident tutor for Cabot. I am a MD-PhD candidate at Stanford Medical School where I disentangle the gene networks driving congenital heart disease and heart development. Before that, I studied developmental biology and history of science at Harvard (as a proud Cabotian), then completed a MRes in Bioengineering at Imperial College London through the British Marshall Scholarship. When not pipetting things, I work as a science journalist and am probably googling interesting places to run my next half marathon.
