Cabot, Currier and Pfoho have joined forces to bring back the Ice Bar! The Quad Ice Bar is what it sounds like—a stocked outdoor bar made of ice. Alcohol is available for those 21+ with ID, and non-alcoholic drinks as well. Semper Quad!
Black history month is in February, but we welcome all to come to the Cabot Living Room this Wednesday, March 1, for a special “Knowles Sister Appreciation Night” celebration. Your Cabot Wellness team is partnering with the Center for Wellness to provide a four-week Koru Mindfulness course right here in Cabot! Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all of the moments of your life, reducing the amount of time you spend worrying about the future or fretting about the past. Courses continue in the Cabot Living Room (E-Entry) this Tuesday, 4:30-5:45.
