Mindfulness is about developing the ability to be fully attentive to all of the moments of your life, reducing the amount of time you spend worrying about the future or fretting about the past. Courses continue in the Cabot Living Room (E-Entry) this Tuesday, 4:30-5:45.

It's time to hire new tutors and Cabot needs your help! Student evaluation is at the center of our recruiting process. You are key to attracting and selecting the best tutors for Cabot, plus you gain great experience from being an interviewer! We will be interviewing candidates on Sunday afternoon, February 26 (main day) and Wednesday evening, February 22 (alternate day). Cabot wants you to help and be on the interview committees. Audition for the Cabot House Musical! You can audition for a lead or ensemble role and you can even audition in a group if you're auditioning for the ensemble! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
